The Air Jordan 11 “Platinum Tint” is a premium edition of the iconic model that debuted in 2018. The "Platinum Tint" colorway eschews the Air Jordan 11’s traditional glossy patent leather on the mudguard and features a matte finish across the upper for a striking and refined aesthetic. The light shade of Platinum Tint covers both the ballistic nylon mesh and nubuck panels of the upper. The semi-translucent rubber outsole is also done in a matching shade. Black and red accents provide a nod to Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls teams. In a first for the Air Jordan 11, an extra layer of piping is added to the ankle panel.
